This package includes: one initial 90 minute consultation, three follow-up 1 hour consultations, one 15-minute check in and formula adjustment. Consultations include custom herbal formulations, and abundance of recipes, holistic health resources, and more! We will set health goals and create a plan for each follow up, and implement herbal, nutritional, and lifestyle approaches to meet those goals. Online or in-person.

This is the most effective way to work together for an extended period of time for long term goals, deeper exploration into herbalism, or with a health issue you’ve been experiencing for a long period of time.
This package includes: one initial 90 min consultation, five 1hr follow-up consultations, and two 15-min check-ins and formula adjustments, as well as recipe, lifestyle and movement practices, holistic health resources, and more! We will set health goals to achieve by the end of the 6 months, lay out a plan, and implement herbal, nutritional, and lifestyle approaches to meet those goals.

Plant Ally Exploration
Work with me and develop an in-depth relationship with one plant over the course of a month.
Get to know the plant in different forms (tincture, tea, food, infused honeys, oxymels, and more), and gain knowledge of the scientific and energetic mechanisms, and how the plant works in your body.
Includes four 45 minute consultations exploring the plant from medicinal, spiritual, an energetic perspectives.
